Lifetime Picks Up His, Hers & Ours

Lifetime has acquired the film His, Hers & Ours, starring and executive produced by Taye Diggs (Terry McMillan Presents: Forever, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, The Best Man) and Lesley-Ann Brandt (The Walking Dead: The Ones That Live, Lucifer).

The movie joins the network as part of its Terry McMillan Presents banner and will premiere later this year as Terry McMillan Presents: His, Hers & Ours. In the film, when a man discovers his teenage daughter in bed with her boyfriend, he kicks him out, only to later be confronted by the boy’s mother—who he finds he has undeniable chemistry with.

Forced to spend time together due to their children’s relationship, the two adults slowly develop feelings for each other and a secret romance blossoms.

In addition to Diggs and Brandt, the film stars Aimee Garcia (Dexter, Lucifer, Christmas with You).
